Well if you didn't like Tynes as the kicker last year, no worries this year. He is having surgery on his knee and will be out. The Dolphins just released Jay Feely who had left for the money after kicking for the G-Men in 2006. Looks like that will be the move to make

Look like they may have been wrong on Tynes' injury. Not as bad as they first thought. He is back working out and might stay with the team.
